This apartment is part of the Palafour Lodges, a set of six spacious flats located on the 1st floor of the Palafour residence in the heart of Tignes Le Lac. Please note: the residence has no lift. Guests benefit from private access and a ski locker with boot warmers.

The location is ideal, with direct access to the Palafour chairlift and the Tovière cable car, and close to the ESF ski school, shops in the gallery, and the Lagon aquatic centre (swimming pool, fitness, and wellness).

Flat n°3 “Petite Sassière” is 86m², north-facing, and does not have a balcony. It accommodates up to 8 guests. The apartment combines comfort and functionality, with modern amenities and a generous living space.

The property comprises:

• Large living and dining room (35m²) with a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, induction hob, washing machine with dryer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster)
